A Journey of Growth, Leadership, and Purpose

The Journey

For almost two decades, I have been living and working in the UAE, learning, growing, and observing how businesses, teams, and people operate. As an Industrial Engineer, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, I have had the privilege of leading large teams, developing leaders, and equipping people with the skills they needed to thrive in their careers and personal lives.

I am also a Life Coach and an active member of my church community, where I have been entrusted with leading the Church Programs Ministry—applying project management principles to plan, organize, and execute initiatives—and the Family Ministry, where I design and lead programs, events, and discussions to mentor couples, parents, and tweens/teens, either through direct mentorship or by facilitating structured activities and learning experiences. Being part of my daughter’s school journey also led me to serve on the Parent Teachers Council, further nurturing my experience in leadership, mentorship, and community service. These experiences have deepened my understanding of purpose, service, and the God-given potential within every individual.

The Growth

Through all these experiences, I have felt a deep calling in my heart—a desire to help organizations and individuals truly thrive. Today, I am humbled and grateful to see that calling take shape with the official launch of ThrivePoint Administrative Consultancy and Studies. This is not just a business; it is the fulfillment of a purpose that God planted in my heart long ago.

Every step of this journey—the challenges, the waiting, and the learning—has been guided by faith. It is a reminder that what God plants in your heart will come to fruition in His perfect timing. Sometimes the wait feels long, but His plan is always greater than our own. As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us:
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans."

The Leadership

Through ThrivePoint, I now have the privilege of helping businesses transform, processes improve, and people grow in alignment with their God-given potential—all while staying true to the purpose and values that faith has instilled in me. As a wife, mother, daughter, and sister, my reach has expanded, and my impact is broader than ever. All of these accomplishments are by God’s grace, for His glory.

To anyone reading this: trust the timing of your journey, nurture the seeds God has placed in your heart, and keep moving forward. Your purpose will bloom at the right moment. But during the waiting period, invest in your own growth—it is a season of continuous learning and strengthening your faith.

The Purpose

As 1 Peter 1:5-8 reminds us:
"Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls."

And as 2 Peter 1:5-8 encourages:
"For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Even in the unseen and in the waiting, God is shaping you, refining your character, and preparing you for the purpose He has planned. Continuous growth, virtue, and faithfulness ensure that when the right time comes, you are fully equipped to fulfill your calling.
